new york was great. so glad to have spent it with friends. i will definitely be going back. i loved it.newspapers entertain lion tamers.
word up. i was in the paper with charles a while ago. it was to hype up the fashion show. sick.

big pimpin up in nyc.
so my blogging is disgraceful. so much has happened since the last time ive blogged.
the fashion show was a major success, and it was probably the most memorable night of the year. for sure. everyone was there, and all the girls look so good. it was awesome. a crazy rush. the t-shirts were a major success, and we raised well over 10 grand i think. that is awesomeee. the committee will take off in janurary, and they will put what we raised to good use!
so after the show, i got so sick, but then i was off to new york. headed out with about 50 students, 5 teachers, and an awesome tour guide. we didnt even sleep on the way up, a whole 9 or so hours. out bus driver was pretty awesome too. so the first thing we did when we arrived was hit up macys. they only gave us an hour...what can you possibly do in an hour on 7 floors? i explored with alyssa. major tourists. after macys we checked into the hotel.
day2. we went out to tour the city, and the musical sites. we were met by matt, who guided the tour, and he was hilarious. so funny. we went to strawberry fields, and stopped at the john lennon "imagine" memorial. we also stopped by a little "miracle" chapel - it's backyard was the twin towers, but the chapel was unharmed, with the exception of a sycamore tree, the chapel was left in one piece. after our musical tour, we went to canal, and soho. i loved soho, but the chaos of canal was intriguing. after we shopped around we were allowed some time for food, and then it was off to broadway where we would watch legally blonde. some were skeptical, but the show was very very good. super entertaining.
day3. we were supposed to go to central park again today, and actually explore, but thanks to one room of girls, we had to skip it. they never woke up, so we went straight to Rockefeller center and then to nbc studio for a tour. that was pretty good....

i'm talkin' downtown.
today we visited dee, and it was really good to see her. we went out for breakfast at frans - it was so yummy. i got banana pancakes, dee got blueberry, mom got the big breakfast, and dad got an omelette. i stole some of the parentals' homefries.. sooo good.
after breakfast we went out to the mall for a bit. basically just h&m where i got an awesome skirt. dee and dad went to pottery barn, and we were at winners for a little while too. we hit up urban, and i tried on a cute little dress, backless and such. but i picked the skirt instead.
the day was pretty successful i'd say. on the way out of the tdot, we saw a couple floats from the santa claus parade. they were so cute. one giant one with a penquin. awh. lovely. i slept the rest of the way home, until we went to walmart and fortinos. after that we came home, and mom made some pizzas, and i made banana bread with chocolate chips. i hope its good. anyways, it's probably ready to come out of the oven right now. its beeping! later days!
