triple dubs 2007, what what! bust a move

alright so tuesday was the year end party for work. triple dubs 2007! (wild waterworks, in case you didnt get the triple dubs thing), and it was super fun. 2 people got kicked out like right off the bat, friggen puked everywhere cuz he was so gone. i dont think i have ever laughed so much in my life. oh my god. kurt is hilarious, he fell right on his ass, and ended sitting straight up. very graceful i'd say. so he pulls me on the dance floor with him, and he was so crazy. i've never seen anyones legs move like that before haha. he kept twirling me, and i was so dizzy. then he decided to dip me, and i almost died. i thought i was going to crack my head open. wow. it was intense. we also did some competitive dancing against james and andrea. haha, mah lifeeeeeeee. and we obviously won, thanks in part to kurts velvet tux and ruffles. thats right.


us support staff stayed together for the night. danced up a storm. the dj was pretty sweet. dont know who it was though. im glad work is like finally over. 3 more days, 3 more days. then im done for the summer. then its back to school, which kind of sucks. not really looking forward to it. woo.

tomorrow = t.dot with the fam jam, shopping and such. hittin' up the pickle barrel for din din. mm that pasta with crab and shrimp and veggies, salivating. mmmm. im excited. deedee moves back tomorrow, i dont know what i am going to do with myself. its going to suck. i wont see her till thanksgiving probably. boo-urns. anywhoo, i wish i was watching home alone right now haha. "kevin, you're what the french call, les incompetentes" bahaha. best line. ever. well. im off. later days.

thursday i chilled out with the parentals, and watched mrs. doubtfire (well, mom only watched the back of her eyelids). good ol' family fun. i never realized how funny this movie was. it made me pee my pants i swear. so funny. i can do a great impression of a hotdog:) thats right.

friday i worked till 6:30 and then ventured off to the peach festival with dave and john. ran into so many people there. saw kasia, angelica, carol, jutay, zoop, erica, mattgravina, and nat, and even dee and her friends, etc, etc. it was good to see everyone i suppose. we got peach sundaes. so good. the peaches were like fizzy. carbonated even, weird. its the peach fest sundae secret. for sure.


saturday the familia was of to the crechiolas, and we expected nothing less than an amazing meal. seriously, wendy makes food for an army. its pretty exciting every time we go there. so much food. not even funny. shrimp, and salads, and potatoes, and bruschetta, and spanicopita (however you spell it) amazing. ribs and pork for everyone else too. our baby girl marissa bought all us kids the cutest little halloween plush toys. adorable. we ate marianna's crepes for dessert. oh my god. so good. wow. and that was the first time i'd seen steven like all summer. it was a beautiful family affair. we also suggested wendy start a business to cater food to students. i think it would be very successful. everybody watch out for "wendy on demand" coming to a cafeteria near you.

sunday = work, then more family affairs. cristinas birthday. sweet 16. woo. i wasnt there long, but i ate lots of food, including the most tasty humus. so good. for real. a major sad thing happened though. their poor doggy blazer wasnt doing to well. heat stroke. and if anyone has read to kill a mockingbird, if you remember the part when the old dog limps down the street, tim johnson i think the dogs name is, well that scene came to life tonight for me. instead the dog ended up catching its breath, and is fine now. thank god. so hope you are alright blazer!

at last, friday gave us the premiere of high school musical 2, a movie we have been awaiting for the past year. and dont say you havent see it, you know you love it. jimmy, kasia, kristen, and ashgee, jordan, mack, and stephen all came over for this special night. we hung out, and counted down to 8 o clock. kasia was the most excited, ive never seen anyone so hyper over a movie, she even brought her blue sparkly sweater, an ode to high school musical 1. finally, the time came, a family channel special event, here we go. so the movie starts with everyone in class, counting down to summer, when they will all end up working together at a country club, and participating in a massive talent show. super predictable, and not so good. but we all knew what to expect. songs werent as catchy as the first either. but we still watched the entire thing. yeah. so after that we decided to go to the park. it was so windy wow. and like cold for a summer night. we raced each other to get swings, and then took a few pictures (which are on kasias broken computer) so i'll post them eventually. after about 7 minutes, we headed home to be greeted by pizza. mmmm. august 17th is pizza at 11 oclock day, but we were a little early. hungry teenagers. everyone left by midnight, since i had to work the next morning. 7 am, clean washrooms. wooo. i did it all weekend.

saturday we had a family bbq. so much foood. this summer is going to make me fat. the food was soo good, and it was a pretty fun night. me and diana found our calling as djs, all we need is a good name. we made an awesome mix for the dream big fashion show, which is slowly approaching. i cant wait.

sunday i worked again, and my mom and dad were off to the t.dot. my mom got to deliver the ball to a bluejays game. woo go mom! after work, me and dee just sat around, nothing interesting, and when the parental unit came home, we decided to watch a movie. we picked out fracture, since my sister was sold on the movie trailer. i dont recommend fracture at all, it put me to sleep, for real. i think i fell asleep in the first like 45 minutes? but it wasnt good. only dee and my mom stayed up to watch the end, when i woke up there were sighs of disappointment. i wanted to rent the painted veil, but nooo. oh well. win some you lose some.

today i am chilling at home, glad im not a work on this rather chilly summer day. im sure there would be a crowd of about 5 people in the wavepool today. pretty busy i'd say. well tonight brings a soccer game, and some volleyball training, along with an episode of the hills. i wonder how lauren will disappoint me this week? guess i'll find outt.

workin all day, in a mess of rain.

well today i started at 12 noon, and i dont think i like this shift at all. i enjoyed the sleep in part, but i hated the staying later part. i had to clean 5 barbecues today by myself. it took 10 minutes just to move the huge bbq to the hose. haha wow. it sucked. so yeah, nothing happened today really. but i have this massive mosquito bite on my thigh, and it is 7 cm across. and for a bite, thats huge. its like giant. i have never seen anything this big before. HUGE i tell you. yes, sad that a bug bite is the most exciting thing in my life right now. whatevaa

yearbook meeting tomorrow, i need to make the end page. the big bang page. the sha-baam page. yeah. it's all me.

pizza, movies, and beautiful dresses.

yesterday night was "photophobia", a short film festival that took place at the hamilton art gallery. i was definitely over excited, it wasnt as amazing as i pictured it. some videos were so messed up, and one gave me a headache. there was a sweet animated one though. best one of the night for sure. but before this all took place, charles came by, and we made our own pizzas. from scratch mann! they were super good. we wanted to take pictures of them, but the camera had low battery. poo. our pizzas had massive bubbles when they were baking. mine was so big, it looked like a pizza hat. it was so funny. we died. after food, i finished makeup, and charles measured me for my own lu original. its going to be amazing. so stoked. anywho, that was the last of the events at home, then came photophobia. we tried to find a safe parking spot for like 20 minutes, and then finally ended where we started, and it worked out fine. i got to wear my new shoes, and i love them. we saw everyone there too, so it made the night better, since the videos werent all that good. penich was there, john, and carly and alyson were there, and dave and rob came too. my sister drove me and charles. it was good :)

and by the way, this video, made by my one and only sister, probably would have beat out every other one at the festival. i love it. dee ft. shane!

it's a beautiful day in the neighbourhood

soo hot today. wow. i woke up, watched some regis and kelly, ellen, and then some of fashionista diaries, but it was pretty boring. i got ready to head to school to meet with the yearbook editors, and teacher advisers. we had a pretty good meeting, i didnt really do much. i ate a veggie sub:) it was super good. mmm 12 inches of veggie goodness. plus sub sauce. when i got home i watched a couple episodes of the hills with my sisterr, who of course couldn't resist. thanks for getting me hooked dee. i swear, this show is like a drug. wow. and lauren is so stupid for not going to paris. puh-lease. like anyone else would chose paris over your scum boyfriend. ew. yeah.

i had volleyball training tonight, and it was so hard. wow we did so much ab work. so intense. and my bum is going to hurt so bad tomorrow. ew. i have to work at 7. anyways, the rest of tonight was good. so you think you can dance was very good tonight. the dances actually had some new and exciting choreography. finally. the dancers are so good, so the dances need to be even better. but they were finally like really good. i was super happy. i'm going to be sad when someone goes home. aw i love them. specially pashaa. from russia. yeah. i'll just have to wait and see what happens when america votes.

im super stoked for tomorrow. photophobia with the whole yearbook/creative club gang, plus my sister and my awesome new shoes. its going to be awesome. im so excited. but im not excited to work at 7. so i better head up to bed. later days, mon amis.

days of THUNDER!

alright. today was pretty jam packed. i got to sleep in until like 11 today, it was so good. i love sleeep. so my original plans were to head to my place of work with my sister, and cousin, and have a nice day at the pool. danielle was all like "it's cold outt, i dont fell like swimming" meanwhile, it was so hott. so me and dee, and mum, decided to raid our uncles backyard, and use the pool. we called to let them know we were coming, but no one was home. we swam anyways. we had a couple visitors too. a guy from my uncle's workplace came by, and then friends of our uncle came dropped in for a swim. they didnt expect anyone to be there, but we all talked and stuff, so it was good. i enjoyed it, although i dont think i got any colour from the sun at all. bummmer.

after swimming, i watched 2 episodes of the hills, and i cant believe i actually liked it. so glamourous. i only have 9 hours of hills episodes to get through until im ready for season 3, premiering monday on mtv. woo. i wish i interned for teen vogue. if anyone who has any connections to any fashion magazine reads this, hook me up. i love fashion and music and magazines and reading. yep. anyways, after the hills i had a little power nap, and dinner was ready when i woke up. i ate a veggie dog, and it was actually very satisfying. mmmm.

alright, soccer timeee. i could go on and on about my soccer team that never shows up. we had to forfeit today because we were short one player. we need 7 to play, but only had six, yet we have about 14 people on our team. yeah, no one ever comes. i was pretty upset that i went for nothing. it sucked badd. the rest of the night ended up being super fun though. i headed to katarinas with kristen zoop. we tried to play volleyball at the park with this super crap-tacular volleyball (sorry kat) but it was so mental. it was way to light, and the wind kept taking it away. haha i was brutal, and we looked like major idiots. we seriously needed this captured on camera. then we went on the jungle gym and acted like major 6 year olds. we went on the monkey bars, and down the slides, which was so fun. i tried to walk up the slide while zoop slid under my legs. we are so talented. i knoww. we laughed so hard tonight. it was so awesome. we also attempted to play tennis, but we kept hitting the ball on to the other people's court. we felt so bad, but we were terrible. and to make it even better, we played with flip flops on. perfect. katarinas sister came to tell us that it was almost nine, which meant hells kitchen season finale part one was on. woohoo, i was so excited. i want bonnie to win soo bad. go bonnieee! we watched superstar hair challenge after which was pretty good. then it was time to call the parental unit for a ride home. we sat outside to wait for our cars, and that was the end of that. the night turned out well, i enjoyed it very much. i think im off to bed now, but i dont have to work till 12 tomorrow (yay sleeping in!). well, later days.

well tonight was actually a good night. i stayed at work for like 45 minutes to swim when i was done my shift, and it was alright. even though i was like dying in the water. hahaa. i hate waves. when i got home, i ate some yummy leftovers - sooo goooodd. yeah for real. then i went online to see what everyone else was doingg. jimmy said he wanted to get some ice cream real bad, so i decided that ice cream would be pretty awesome. we met at our school, and then walked over to the dairy. mmmm ice cream is very delicious. i got cookie dough, and jimmy got "star sherbet" wooo. there were little stars in it, and pop rocks, and it made his teeth kind of blue, but he seemed to enjoy it. after we finished (well i finished, cuz im so slow), we walked around some more. we searched a bit for AP magazine, but like nothing was open, and the stores that were, didn't have it. so that was unsuccessful. jimmy said he wanted to see eastdale park, since he'd heard many stories about the infamous park. but really, its not special at all. so we arrived at the park, and there were little youngins playing on the swings, which we wanted to sit on. so we eagerly waited on the jungle gym, and the young ones ran home. we sat on the swings and talked for the rest of the night. it started to mist outside, it was better than pouring rain. once it started getting a little wet outside, we headed here, to my house, and jimmy's dad picked him up. i didnt want to make him walk home in the crappy weather. so that was my night, it was pretty good. super chill. anywayss, later days!

yesterday i headed to the school to talk with penich about our upcoming fashion/music/art event. we figured out some stuff for our shirts, and sent out letter in the mail. it was pretty productive. after that i biked over to adriennes house for a swim. her pool is so pretty, and i havent seen her in a while. jess was there too, so it was awesome. adrienne had a pretty mean scab on her knee. haha.

well today i went to johns house and we had a sweet photoshoot. i was so prepared, and had a backpack full of stuff, and like a huge makeup bag, but we hardly used anything. i was able to snag a sweet old sequin armor suit from john hah. i rocked it. dave is amazing, the pictures turned out awesomee. wow. im very content. here they areeee. and, do you notice anything different about mee??
